The client is an important Italian pet washing franchising that wanted to open a new center in Rimini.

In order to run an impactful launch and ensure the creation of a new client base, we designed a very simple yet effective couponing funnel:

  1. We advertised on Facebook Ads and sent interested people to a couponing funnel, where they would be given a free washing coupon in exchange of their contact details.
  2. After the Coupon download, we made them an offer for a card that unlocked a large list of services available at the store. It was not needed for them to buy the card right there: it just ensured an easier sale afterwards.
  3. Through emails and other automations we ensured an high conversion rate of people coming to the store for the Opening, where the consultants upselled them with the card and ensured they returned to the store again to benefit their services.
